Frequently asked questions

What counts as a qualified referral?

To qualify for the referral discount, the following criteria must be met:

1. The referred business must be entirely new and have no prior paid subscription.
2. The new business must create a paying account with a minimum of two modules: the Staff Module and one additional module.
3. The new business must remain a paying client for three consecutive months if on a monthly plan or for one month if on an annual billing plan before you receive the discount.

How and when is my referral discount is applied?

Your referral discount is automatically applied to your next invoice once your referral meets the program requirements. Each referral guarantees a one-time discount that applies to one invoice only: it will not recur on future invoices. 

Is the referral discount recurring?

Each qualifying referral generates a single-use, one-time discount that applies to one invoice only. It will not recur on future invoices.

Does the discount reduce my entire bill amount?

The discount will only offset the total amount of that specific invoice. If the discount equals or exceeds your bill balance, your bill will be rendered to zero: nothing further is owed for that billing cycle or any future billing cycles. 

What happens if my referral discount exceeds the bill amount?

  • If one or more referral discounts bring your invoice to $0, any remaining discount value is not carried over or credited to your account.
  • You will not receive any cash payout or account credit if the discount fully covers the invoice.

Can I stack multiple referral discounts on the same bill?

Yes. Multiple referrals can stack, but only up to the amount of that invoice in the same billing cycle. Once the balance is zero, no further discount applies for that invoice, and no credit for future invoices is allowed. 

Will unused discount amount roll over the future bills?

No. Any "excess" discount beyond zero is forfeited. However, future discounts will generate new discounts for the next unpaid invoice you will receive in case that referral meets the criteria of that billing cycle and period.

How will I know when my referral discount is applied?

Once the referral meets the qualifying criteria the discount will be applied to your invoice.
